I noticed that there hasn't been a topic of this yet, so here it is. This topic relates to the tragedy and disaster that happened at fertilizer plant explosion in Texas.

The number of people killed in an explosion at a US fertiliser plant has risen from 12 to 14, after officials recovered two more bodies.
Already, that's a shocking number.
Additionally, it is reported that another 200 people were injured while some were apparently missing. This is a terrible event and I hope for the best for those affected. 
My heart goes out to the families of the lost ones.
I wonder what would have caused the blast. Perhaps it was an accident or happened on its own, but then there's a possibility that someone may have done this. Strange; yet awful situation...
