First Pokemon Game?

I'm quite curious to see as to which games our community started playing first in terms of the Pokemon series.

So which Pokemon game did you play or own first? You can mention both if you wish.

The first Pokemon game I both played and owned was Pokemon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition for the Gameboy Color. This game was also the first videogame I played in my life (I was 7 when I got that game...12 years in counting till now). Quite some sweet memories from that game, and that little Pikachu sure was cute.

Blue and yellow haven't beaten them yet but I will soon blue is harder then yellow guess because you can't relight trainers in the game and that make the elite four harder

Me, well I got back a while myself. It's almost hard to remember, but I think it was about 8 days ago (today is the 27) when I picked up the old game of Pokemon Black 2 for the (3)DS. I still haven't beaten that son of gun. But I think if I wipe the dust off of it,I could conintue and beat the game. And that excadrill sure is a beast...

My first game was Red and Green, I hated those games but liked my Blastoise.

Mine was probably by Blue version. I did briefly play my brother's Red version before I got mine. I think maybe the first Pokemon was a Blastoise, but I could be wrong.

Mine was Pokemon heartgold.

P73, I think it's better to be respectful in these cases since not all of us started early with the Pokemon series (even my own friends started later with BW2 XD).

Nsmb still started with a remake of a classic game, and HG/SS were awesome games!

Pokémon Sapphire was my first one.

Sometimes I wish I could find my GameBoy again. ;~;

The first Pokemon game I played was Pokémon Pearl, but I didn't know much about it at that time. But then I sold my ds and got a Gameboy and played FireRed...which was easier for me XD

Pokemon Platinum. As weird as it may sound to some people (I'm looking at a certain yetmiş üç), but some people like to prioritize their life. I still have times where I wish I could just go back and pop in DS cartridge and relive the memories.

Back in the day I got Pokemon Blue or Red. Can't remember, but I think it was Blue. Those were the days.

Ruby. Aside from my starter, my first Pokemon was...a Shroomish. His name was Punch. I was drinking some punch, and he reminded me of a boxing glove. Funny, considering his evolution.
