So what Analog Stick do you like more?

I"m not sure if this should of gone under Wii U or not, but whatever.

So Between Nintendo 3ds and Nintendo Wii/Wii U, which analog stick do you like more? They where originally going to make the Wii U analog sticks they same as the 3ds/ but the changed it to a more normal type. I"m glad they switched to the normal type really. They only made the 3ds ones the way they did so it would fold correctly.

I don't like the 3ds analog stick that much because when I"m playing a challenging game or involved in an intense race with the hairy forces of evil, (inside joke) my hands get sweaty and it's easy to slip up and mess up my game. This is especally annoying with hard platformers like Mutant Mudds or Super Mario Bros.

Does anyone else have this problem? And are you Glad the Wii U switched their sticks?




There are two comparasons. I"m sure you can notice other changes they made. The second one is much better, but my favorite change is the analog sticks. The +,- button move was smart too.

From the design, I like the Wii U analog sticks personally (of course, I can't really give a true opinion as I never tried it yet).

However, I have to say that I am quite fond of the 3DS analog stick as it is actually quite amusing and soft to use. However, I cant relate to the slipperiness of the 3DS analog stick at times.

If the Wii U analog sticks are like the GameCube ones, then I'm definitely supporting that as my favourite.
