Ib Fanfic

Hello everyone! This is my first fanfic here, but not my very first. In an old forum I use to go to, I did two fanfic, but failed to complete them. But I know I will for sure finish this fanfic x3.

Anyway, this fanfic is based of an Indie game called Ib. Here's a quick overview of Ib:
You are playing as a young girl by the name, Ib. You and your parents are going to an art museum to just...pretty much look around! But as you get lost in the art museum....you have been into the dark art museum surrounded by monsters and evil things. You goal: get out of the dark museum before it's too late.

Now I've played the game MANY times. And what I have learned is that there are multiple ending! So...I think it would be great for YOU to pick what the ending should be. It would be an either good or bad ending. So...do you want something you would smile about? or something that you would cry about? It's up to yall! After a certain period of time, I will get the results and start the fanfic! So just say in a post what you would like the ending to be, and...yeah!

Um, sure let's go for a sad ending. Something to cry about for once.

Noooooo EM. I don't wanna cry . I want it to be a happy ending

A tie for an ending?? WOW!!! Well...I can tell you all this, Wednesday will be the end date for the endings. If it's a tie still, I will pick the ending and...yeah!

I want it to be a sad ending.

Early ending...sorry guys. But anyway, Sad Ending won by one point so....yeah! Once I get everything set up, I will go ahead and start posting!!! So...be patient and I hope yall enjoy it!

Alrighty then, we'll sit back and await your creation.

Well since the game was only a 40 day trial, I had to delete it off my computer, but I will try my best to remember it.

Anyway, I might as well show what the main character looks like

Once we get into the story more, I'll show the other characters and such so...yeah! Like I said, it might be a while so be patient!

I guess I will start today, so here. we. GO!!!

In the early afternoon, under a gray sky...

Ib and her parents were on their way to an art gallery

"Did you remember everything, Ib?" asked her mother.
"Oh! Do you have your handkerchief? You know, the one you got for your Birthday?" she asked.
"Keep it safe in your pocket, okay? Dont lose it!" she exclaimed.

They all walked into the art gallery as a group

"Well...we're here! This is your first time in an art gallery, right, Ib?" asked Ib's mother.
"We're here today to see an exhibition of works by an artist named Guertena, but they don't just have painting, but also sculptures..and all kinds of other creations!" she continued.
"I know you will love it here, Ib" she said.

"Should we get to the reception desk?" asked the father.

"Ah yes, and please get some pamphlets as well." said the mother.

"Can I go look around?" asked Ib to her mother.

"Oh...um...sure, but don't get lost and don't cause too much of a ruckus." her mother said.

"Don't worry, I won't!" said Ib as she went looking around the gallery.

As she looks everywhere, she looks at some names on the paintings and sculptures.

"??? World" she said as she tries to read some of the paintings. "I-i don't know this word." she said.

All of a sudden....the lights start flickering...

"huh?" said Ib as she noticed the lights.

She walked around the gallery again....but something was different.

"No one's here.." she said.

She went back to the picture she was looking at...but something was leaking out of it. It was some sort of blue liquid.

"What is this blue stuff?" she asked herself.

All of a sudden.... Letters popped out of the floor. They all spell "COME IB"

She was confused...

As she walked around the gallery, she saw that one of the ropes that surounded one of the painting on the floor was riped.

She felt like she was getting pulled in...then...she felling into the paint. It felt like she was in water...

But now...she is in a new area...

AWESOME!

Here's part 2!

As she walked into the next room...she saw a red rose in a vase.

"Oh....pretty" said Ib as she picked up the rose.

She gave it some water...then she felt a lot stronger.

She looked at a little signed which said "Whoever owns the rose shall give there life as a rose."

She was confused...but she processed her journey.

She look at a big portrait in another room...then she heard something outside.

On the walls... "THEIF" was spelled in red letters.

She was afraid...

In every corner she walked, she saw these monsters appearing! But they weren't only monsters...they were portraits and sculptures!

As she walked into on hallway....she found a man...lying on the ground, unconscious.

Blue rose petals were scattered everywhere
around him.

In his hand...was a blue key. She picked it up, and used it on a door that was blue.

She found a blue rose in one of the rooms she went to. She picked it up...but then she was chased by one of the portraits!

She ran into the hallway where that man was.

All of a sudden....he started to move!

"Ugh...w-what happened?" he asked.

He looked up and saw Ib with the blue rose.

"Oh.....I see so you were one of the people from the gallery, I was too!" he said as he stood up.

"By the way, my name is Garry!" he said.

"M-my name is Ib!" she said as she smiled at Garry.

"It seems that these roses are like our lifes..so lets be careful with them, ok?" asked Garry.

"O-ok!" said Ib.

"Well.... we should go ahead and move on....Lets go!" he said as he grabbed Ib's arm.

"Y-yeah! Let's go!!!" she said.

Then one picture spat out blue paint on the floor. Garry screamed, but Ib only laughed at him!

"eh....s-sorry...lets go now!" he said. "L-let's not get into any mischief on the way"

and with a new friend on her side...they started there journey.

Interesting concept Eliza. I'm quite stumped as to how this story will go on now with such a unique twist of the roses.

Keep it up, also the pic is not showing up.

ehhh...im taking abit of a break and also im waiting to see what everyone thinks so yeah!

After me forgetting that I had a Fanfic, Im returning to it!

As Garry and Ib walked further into the art gallery, more monsters appeared around every corner.

"WATCH OUT!" Garry screamed at Ib as the monsters almost grabbed her.
"This Way!" He exclaimed as he went into many doors.

Then they finally went into a weird hallway.

All of a sudden...Ib felt funny.

"Ib?...Ib?....IB!" Garry screamed as she passed out on the floor.

Once Ib woke up, they were in a different area.

"Your awake...that's good!" said Garry as he walked towards Ib.

He gave her his jacket to keep her warm.

"When you passed out, I carried you here, luckily there's no monsters here!" He said with a smile.
"Look in my pocket, Ib." Garry said.

She looked and she found a piece of candy.

"You can have it, I hope you like it!" He said.
"Don't worry...we'll be safe in here...as long as your with me~" he said as he pat Ib on her head.

Quite a turn indeed, but it looks good Eliza.

As the two left the room they were in, Ib opened the door and...
*THUD*
"Owwwie, watch where your going!" Said a young blonde haired girl in a green dress.

"Oh s-sorry" said Ib as she picked up the girl from the ground.

"Oh...were you from the art gallery too?" Asked Garry.

"Oh yes! My name is Mary!" the young girl said. "Oh...you two both have roses? I have one too!!! And it's yellow!" Exclaimed Mary as I stared into the roses. "They all look soooo cool! They all are my favorite colors, especially blue~"

"O...kay, well would you like to join with us?" Asked Garry as he stared suspiciously at Mary.

"Oh YES!!!" said Mary as she held on to Ib's hand. "We will be best friends forever!!!" she exclaimed.

"Ok! Well I'm Ib and this is Garry" Ib said as she pointed at Garry.

"Cool! Well, lets head out!" Mary said as she dragged Ib with her.

(Hint: watch for Mary's attitude towards Ib and Garry, it will help along the story, kay?)

Another part since Im bored~

The trio walked into a room which was filled with glass bunnies.

"They look SOOOO cute!" Said Mary as she picked one of them up.

"T-they are not c-cute!" said Garry as he backed away from the bunnies.

"Hmmmm? But they are bunnies!" said Ib as she picked a small one up.

After a couple of minutes playing with the bunnies, they got out of the room...but

"WATCH OUT!!!" Screamed Garry.

A huge, long bundle of vines came from the ground and separated Garry from the girl.

"I-im ok...just keep going!" Said Garry to Ib.

The girl went to the nearest door.

"Ib...if one of us has to stay here...who would you pick?" asked Mary with a grin.

Ib stared at her and said "Well...I would sacrifice myself so you and Garry would be happy."

"Don't be like that! We can get out of here very quickly! Just keep going forward and we'll be outta here in no time!" Mary exclaimed.

The two girl went dashing through the narrow hallway...but what will happen with Garry?

Nice work with the story so far Eliza. Mary seems like an interesting character. However, the last chapter had some unexpected events.
