    Has anyone played any of the games from this trilogy? There was Golden Sun (2001) and Golden Sun: The Lost Age (2003) on the GBA. Then, Dark Dawn came out in 2010 for the DS.

    If anyone has at least played Dark Dawn, do you think there will be a sequel? I hope so. I hate cliffhangers I'll wait another seven years for another game. Dead serious.

    Anyway, my favorite characters are Isaac, Garet, Piers, Amiti and Matthew. XD

    I never played any of the Golden Sun games; however, they do seem quite popular in the recent years.

    I'm only really familiar with Issac, and that was only because of him being an AT in Brawl. Hm, perhaps I should check out this series (RPGs are always fun to try out). Which of the three games would you recommend yourself, Hylia? :0

    Yeah, GS is a little underrated RPG for some reason. Thankfully, there's hope a 4th installment will appear. (Probably for the wretched 3DS)

    Isaac's appearance in Brawl was the ultimate give away that a new Golden Sun was on its way, really. Similar when Marth and Roy appeared in Melee, we started seeing Fire Emblem games being localized. Marth's reappearance in Brawl led us to seeing Fire Emblem 1 remade into Shadow Dragon.

    Anyway, to the topic, I recommend you start in chronological order, or else the story of all three books (the games) won't make any sense:

    Golden Sun
    Golden Sun: The Lost Age (aka TLA)
    Golden Sun: Dark Dawn (aka DD)

    The first two are for GBA, and DD is for DS.
