A story with multiple endings

I've been thinking of making one, but I need some ideas, you can give me any ideas, death, romantic, just anything and I'll have someone make a map and the true fanfic will begin! Also, put some title ideas in!

Ideas so far:
Title: How should I know? I'm on _____ path! ( the _____ represents what path the main character is on )

Endings:
Zero path: Death
Three path: Love in the beginning, rejection of love in the middle, then leads to love at the end

Ok, the character will take a path that will be different for each story, for example: path 0 ( no path taken ) leads to death. Path 1 leads to love. Path 2 leads to loving 2 people and death, there are many combinations here for this story and I just need to come up with them
