Mario Kart Wii - Guide to unlocking karts and bikes (Under Construction)

As a result of the positive feedback from the guides I made for the unlockable features in Brawl, I have decided to make another guide. This time, this guide centers around another popular Wii game, Mario Kart Wii, and its unlockable characters :
