Smash Bros. 4 Newcomers?

So who do you have in mind for potential new characters in the next Super Smash Bros. game? Apparently, the game is in development and will be released on both the Wii U and the 3DS. However, the one thing that most people are most interested in is as to what new characters will be included. :0

When it comes to me, the one character that I want to see playable most is Toad (you all probably saw this coming XD). I feel that he is probably one of the few Nintendo characters who should have been playable since Melee, and I think SSB4 is his best chance (thanks to NSMB Wii and NSMB U giving him more importance as well as him being one of the classic characters from the Mario games).

I also would like to see a new fifth generation Pokemon in the mix; however, I am not sure as to who would be more deserving for now....

I would like to see if they can have Bowser jr for the new game. I know he's more like Bowser but tiny, but it would be kind of cool. I would also like to see Shadow the Hedgehog as well. I don't know if he was in Melee (never played it) so...i dont know. And maybe Shadow will be a tad bit better than Sonic.

Well, Megaman characters will be very likely to appear in SSB4.
I would also love to see Shadow the Hedghog in SSB4. I bet his final smash would be Chaos Control or Chaos Blast.
Bowser Jr. is also very likely to appear.
Some more Fire Emblem, Kirby, and Earthbound characters would be nice.
It would be interesting to see Zoroark in SSB4.
I would like to see Baby Mario and Baby Luigi as a pair (like Ice Climbers).

So yeah. I hope SSB4 will be very fun and interesting! =D

Oh srry not brawl .... Toad should never be in any smash bro game .... It doesn't suit him. And he would suck :p

If Toad works in NSMB Wii, then Toad can work in Smash Bros. GS. Even you agreed to that earlier on. He's a pretty important character, so I don't think it's fair to forget about him.

Besides, if Peach, Zelda, and ROB can be in Brawl, I don't see why Toad is a bad choice with how much action he's getting lately.

Yea but now that I think about it, I changed my mind .... Toad is meh character to be in the new smash -.- watch, their prob goina skip toad and make a new character or put another stupid one in . LOL!!

^Wow...I'm disappointed in you GS....calling Toad a "meh and stupid" character. He's awesome in his own right (always helping and being a hero too), and has history behind him. Seriously. -.-

*Featured in NSMB Wii (one of the best selling Wii games) and is being featured in the new sequel for Wii U as a playable character.

Isaac or Matthew from Golden Sun SHOULD be in the roster. That's all I'm caring and hoping for.

Well I know this is an older thread, but the topic is still fresh. I've never played Smash Bros, but I think I can still say some characters I'd like to see.

Max from Mutant Mudds.
I know it won't happen but Mutant Mudds is a nintendo exclusive minus app store and pc. I like this character, he looks like someone from earthbound and he is cool.

Little Mac from Punch Out.
An underated exclusive in my mind, punch out is a boxing game. You play as a small rookie boxer who fights all kinds of bad guys with special abilities. If Little Mac wouldn't have enough moves for SSMB he can just use some of his oppenets specials for the game.

Metal Mario from Mario 64.
Not really a character, but he was on Mario Kart 7. So why not on Smash Bros 4 too? If not his own character a skin for normal mario or something.

Meat Boy from Super Meat Boy.
Not really a nintendo exclusive at present time, but an awesome characte! I'm not sure if anyone heard the news or not but Team Meat was trying to get Meat Boy onto the game. And thats the only reason I want to see him on. Hes a cool character and if hes being requested to be put on, then why not?

Excadrill from Black & White 1& 2.
Only 5th gen pokemon I can think of. Only reason he is here is to have a pokemon on my list. And hes a beast. Look at the picture, he was made for killing.

Dirty Harry from Lego Grand Theft Auto Chase McClane from Lego City Undercover

Lego City Undercover is probably one of nintendos newest exclusives, but it's also one of my favorite....even though I haven't played it yet. The game looks awesome, and its a lego game so you know it's has to be. Not a practicle character for Smash Bros, but being able to play as a lego figure would be awesome as heck.

And thats all I can think of off the top of my head.

Definitely not possible. They already have Mario and there's this item that turns you into metal in Brawl. I hardly see Metal Mario appearing.

Metal Mario...yeah with the Metal Box item in the game, it sort of makes him redundant as a separate playable character, but we'll have to see. Based off how the game is only being revealed this year, I'm getting the feeling that we might see a 6th gen Pokemon be the playable rep than a 5th gen imo.

So There will be 80 lvls on Wii U version! Idk if those will be on 3ds, but I think not. He's also adding other stuff like optional check points. Which I'm glad you can turn those on/off cause the game is super hard, so it will make it easier for yunger ones, and still keep a good challenger for skilled players.

Idk about the pokemon though. I just like Excadrill.

That's all right Will. Hm, seems like Mutant Mudds is gaining quite some popularity. It would be awesome to see some form of reference to it in SSB4 in some type of form whether it be a character or some other thing like a stage. That would be cool. XD

Also I won't deny that Excadrill is awesome. It's a very popular Pokemon, so it still stands a great chance.
